Engineered Systems Associates, Inc., started in 1956 with the formation of D.D. Wisdom & Associates in Boise, Idaho. Charles joined the firm in 1957 and in 1964 became a partner. In 1968 this firm joined with O'Rouark & Eidam and established Engineering, Incorporated. Combined, this company offered mechanical and electrical services with offices in Boise and Pocatello, Idaho; and in Jackson, Wyoming. Engineered Systems Associates, Inc., was formed as a spin off from Engineering, Incorporated in 1977. It is a private owned corporation headed by Dwayne Sudweeks who has personally managed mechanical engineering work in the Pocatello area since 1983 with Ron Rice as a partner. At the preparation of Dwayne's retirement, ownership of the company was given to Dave Hansen and Tanner Davis to co-own in 2024.

Engineered Systems Associates has been a regional engineer for small projects for the State of Idaho for the past eighteen years and has a great deal of experience in handling projects and getting the projects bid on time and within budget.

AutoCAD, computer-aided drafting, and design systems are an integral part of our office design team. In addition, an equipment catalog library containing over 700 volumes from various manufacturers is maintained and used as a design resource.
